Orange is the New Black made, what I feel was, a successful turn into an ensemble series in season two. Which was for the best, because honestly, Piper is the least interesting character on the show, and to expect her to carry it much longer would have been an exercise in failure. I suppose when I say she was the least interesting character on show, she was actually the second least, next to Larry. And good news on that front: Larry is out, as Jason Biggs has exited the show with the possibility of returning (boo), and Alex (Laura Prepon) is back. As is the series, on June 12th. Which I'm also fine with - this has felt like too long between seasons.
